• It had been months since Quinn had seen Meena, so it was infuriating that they were now in the same flat but still hadn't actually seen each other face-to-face! At least she was with Will, decidedly better than when she had been trapped alone. She hoped Meena felt the same sense of relief with some company, now locked in the bathroom with Ellen. Things had grown chaotic quickly, but Will still seemed calm: his hands fixed in his pockets, eyes off in the middle-distance, his mind presumably elsewhere. Irritating as it could be, she reasoned that his calm sensibilities may be beneficial at a time like this.
• He noticed her watching him, "Are you alright?" he asked timidly, afraid of the answer. He couldn't help but glance at the uncharacteristic collar she was wearing, fighting the urge to allow his gaze to drop any lower. Strangely the contrast to her usual attire somehow complimented what little she was wearing.
• "It made me put it on..." she explained, in response to his unspoken question.
